Welcome to Spartan Ludo! By downloading, installing, or using the Spartan Ludo application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
By accessing and using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. Spartan Ludo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
Spartan Ludo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license is conditioned upon your compliance with these Terms. Any other use of the App, including but not limited to commercial use, copying, distribution, or modification, is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation: To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.
(*Though you can play the game without registering by using the guest mode.)
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Spartan Ludo is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account. You agree to notify Spartan Ludo immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination: Spartan Ludo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the App or other users' experience.
Exploit any bugs, cheats, or loopholes in the App to gain an unfair advantage.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
Use the App to distribute or transmit any form of malicious software or unauthorized advertising.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, are the exclusive property of Spartan Ludo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights or ownership in any of the content or materials in the App.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you post, share, or transmit through the App. You agree not to post any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
Rights: By posting content on the App, you grant Spartan Ludo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for any purpose related to the App.
Moderation: Spartan Ludo reserves the right to remove, modify, or refuse to display any user-generated content at its sole discretion.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or display advertisements. Spartan Ludo does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services. You acknowledge that any interactions with third-party websites or advertisers are solely between you and the third party.
No Warranties: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Spartan Ludo does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
No Purchases: Spartan Ludo does not offer any virtual goods or currency for purchase, either through the app or any external website. Consequently, Spartan Ludo is not responsible for any payments made to third-party links or sites claiming to sell virtual goods or currency for the game. The app does not support or endorse such purchases.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spartan Ludo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spartan Ludo, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses,, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of India.
Spartan Ludo reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
